We are proud to announce that Pelly is the Official Innovation Partner of the 2026 UEFA European Under-19 Championship final tournament in Wales.
This summer (28 June to 11 July), some of Europe’s best young footballers will compete on Welsh soil. As a football tech startup with roots in North Wales, we’re honoured to play a part in that.

The tournament, which will be contested by hosts Wales and the seven elite round group winners, will be played across four venues in Wrexham, Denbigh, Caernarfon and Bangor – just 20 minutes from our home in Anglesey. The competition will also act as UEFA's qualifier for the 2027 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.
As part of the partnership, Pelly holds the exclusive designation as the “Official Innovation Partner of the UEFA European Under-19 Championship Wales 2026,” with brand visibility across pitchside perimeter boards, in-stadium commercial displays, and inclusion on the UEFA Sponsor Recognition Programme.
Iwan Pritchard, CEO at Pelly: “As a football tech start-up from North Wales, we're immensely proud to be supporting UEFA and the FAW with this tournament on home soil. Pelly was built by people who have a background in player recruitment, so identifying emerging talent has always been close to our hearts. Seeing some of the best young players in Europe compete just down the road from our home is something we’re very much looking forward to.”
Noel Mooney, CEO at Football Association Wales: “Hosting the UEFA European Under-19 Championship is a proud moment for Welsh football, and we want every aspect of it to reflect the best of what Wales has to offer. This tournament exists to showcase the next generation of European talent, so it is only fitting that our partners reflect that spirit. Pelly are a young, ambitious company from North Wales, and we are delighted to have them as our Official Innovation Partner.”
Pelly will be in attendance for the 2026 UEFA European Under-19 Championship final tournament draw at Wrexham University on Thursday, 16 April.
